Transitional Lifestyle Coaching
$100 Per Session
Life transitional coaching is offered to individuals who can benefit from being empowered while coping with various changes. During the in-person OR virtual session (50-minutes), you can process your challenges, strengths, and goals.
As a member of a military family, there is a sense of familiarity that Lilies and Sparrows Life Coaching can personally offer to clients when discussing various life changes, especially regarding moving to different areas, education concerns for children, and adjustments surrounding one’s career.
The challenges that come with moving to various places, employment changes, life adjustments that impact families, and figuring out what comes next are no easy tasks! As your coach, the main purpose is to make sure you are empowered despite the countless transitions you’ve encountered!
Relationship Readiness for Dating, Parenting, etc.
$150 Per Session
Blueprints aren’t given to anyone for what healthy friendships, dating, marriages, or parenting should look like. However, once we’re able to identify harmful patterns and beliefs, we can make more positive lifestyle changes.
With a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, the coach has experience working in a private practice as a therapist and is also married with three children—she has the necessary experience that’s needed to identify and encourage healthier relationships. Regardless of the relationship that you seek to establish and/or maintain, there are ways to improve how you connect with others.
With this service, insight will be offered for how to create and sustain healthy partnerships that you desire and deserve! This service also includes reviewing/auditing dating profiles, discussing parenting/dating patterns, help identifying areas of rigidity, and assistance with establishing healthy boundaries.
Wellness and Positive Mindset Coaching
$100 Per Session
Developing a positive mindset can impact results in every area of your life, whether it’s creating goals for altering your views on self-worth, removing unhealthy habits, following through on professional goals, verbalizing your needs, or being more financially responsible.
Wellness coaching for strengthening a positive mindset can help increase your odds of success by having someone motivate you and assist you in identifying areas of difficulty.
With this service, we will explore the values of wants versus needs, impulsivity versus patience, identifying personal strengths versus challenges, and how to create plans for desired outcomes.
Developing a positive mindset takes practice, and sometimes, coaching! Once you’ve acquired enough encouragement, resources, and tools to use for difficult choices you may encounter, you’ll have the foundation needed to move forward with gumption and optimism!
